Pinkfresh Studio “Quiet Moments” Release Blog Hop

Hello again dear friends!

I'm finally back creating again after a long break. I've missed so many beautiful releases and cards designed by all the amazing crafters in this community...

Well, today is the day we can meet together the new Pinkfresh Studio "Quiet Moments"release and as the name suggest, take a break from the daily busy live and have some time to reset and relax ourselves.

Let me show you some of the designs I've been working with using products from this release:

Today I'll be focusing on the gorgeous Block Party Coverplate die and stencil:

• For my first design I colored my block pieces with Peony, Aquamarine, Bay Leaf, Citron, Olive and Evergreen with the Block Party Stencils

• I cut out two white cardstock diecuts using the  Block Party Coverplate die, glue them together and andhered them on top of my stenciled piece. I decided to trim the whole piece for a different look.

• I used some colored cardstock (Concord&9 Tidepool) that matched my Aquamarine and used it as a backdrop for my colorblock piece.

• The sentiment I used is from the Woodland Trails stamp set. I even used one leftover tiny heart c from the Colorblock coverplate die colored with Peony to add a special detail under my sentiment.

  
  

  

  
  

• To color my second card I used: Sweet Mustard, Raspberry Bliss, Sparkling Rose, Grassy Knoll, Olive, Tidepool and Storm.

• I glued two white diecut pieces from the colorblock coverplate die and cut out two colums from the left to achieve a different look.

• I popped out a heart, a semi circle and a small rectangle piece to add more volume and before adhering this piece onto my cardbase, I dried emboss it with the coverplate die itself.
